With over 40 Years mentoring, coaching and developing university students and professionals as an HR Executive at Citi, this Early Career guru has been honing the ECEC framework throughout his extensive experience in talent acquisition, human capital management, diversity/equity/inclusion strategies, HR program development, one-on-one coaching, mentorships and partnerships with several universities. Bill has a proven ability to uniquely connect with and engage students and early career professionals in an informal, relatable and non-threatening style.
